Located on Vail Mountain, between Vail Village and Lionshead Village, you can easily walk to the ski trail above the Eagle Bahn Gondola, and to all the shops and restaurants in Vail Village. Everyone will remember the location in the woods, the warmth, and the amazing bunk room. The large deck off the living room has a private hot tub and gas grill. The other side of the duplex is separate and not part of this rental.

FEATURES: 5-bedrooms, 6-baths. Enter on the ground floor to a huge mud-room to change out of your ski gear, then walk in the bunk room featuring 6 built-in twin bunks and LCD TV. In the hall are two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a laundry room.
On the second level is the living room, kitchen, a second bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.
Upstairs is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, with a full bathroom, a small loft with a full-bed, and a primary bedroom with a king bed, LCD TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower.

NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening windows upstairs and downstairs to create an updraft cools the house pretty quickly.
